1. Data We Collect

To provide our Discord bot and dashboard services, we collect minimal data essential to the functionality of our music player and user systems. This includes:

• Discord Account Information: When you log into the dashboard via Discord OAuth2, we receive your Discord User ID, username, discriminator, and avatar. This is used to display your profile, authenticate your session, and manage server roles.
• Guild Information: We access server (guild) IDs, names, and user permissions to display which servers you can manage and control Kelly in.
• User Playlists and Liked Songs: Any songs you add to your "Liked Songs" or custom playlists on the dashboard are stored securely in our database, linked to your Discord User ID.
• Points Balance: We track and store your points balance associated with your Discord User ID for our "Redeem Access" premium system.
• Technical logs: We may log basic voice channel IDs when the bot joins to play music, to maintain active playback connections. We do NOT record, stream, or store any voice audio.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To run and maintain our Discord music bot and real-time dashboard.
• To authenticate your identity and grant access to dashboard controls.
• To save, display, and play your custom playlists and liked songs.
• To track, calculate, and adjust your points for prefix-free access redemption.
• To prevent abuse, spamming, and reverse-engineering of bot services.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Service. If you delete a song from your liked songs or delete a custom playlist, it is permanently deleted from our database. If you wish to have all your user data (including profile, liked songs, playlists, and points balance) completely wiped from our database, please contact our support team or server administrators.

4. Cookies and Session Storage

We use secure, temporary session cookies or browser local storage to keep you logged in to the dashboard. These do not store personal information and are strictly used to secure your connection and dashboard state.

5. Information Security

We employ standard technical and organizational measures to secure your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, please be aware that no security system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to third parties. We interact with the official Discord API to perform actions. Your Discord data is subject to the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Discord Privacy Policy.
